Dr. Justin Bullock honored with the prestigious Equity Academic Scholar Award (EASA)

Justin Bullock, MD, MPH receives EASA Award

The UW Department of Medicine and the selection committee for the Equity Academic Scholar Awards (EASA) have chosen Dr. Justin Bullock as a recipient of this year’s EASA Award. The Department of Medicine established the award in 2020, and it annually awards meritorious University of Washington Department of Medicine trainees to encourage their transition into physician-scientist and principal investigator roles. Dr. Bullock's accomplishments as a young investigator impressed the selection committee, as did his commitment to an academic research career and the commitment of the UW Division of Nephrology to Dr. Bullock's career development as a physician-scientist.
